What a crazy couple days!
Day 1:It started with a bike ride outside, then a 1.5 m swim--a trip to the movies to celebrate b-day, followed by a brief bike trainer ride (thunderstorm outside) until I blew a tire!
Day 2: Not much done because of church and other obligations following. I had time for the run late in the day.
Day 3: Got up at 5 a.m. to swim 2.5 miles (longest swim I've ever done) and then finished up right after that with the second half of my bike ride. 22 miles done on stupid gym exercise bike. AArgh! Between being a fairly slow swimmer who hasn't been swimming and the goofy bike--it was a 4 hr effort on the day of my birthday.
Totals: 44 mile bike. ( a whopping slow 3 hrs, 25 min)
4 mile run. (37 min)
4 mile swim! ( 2 hrs and 51 min)
Took 48 hours (from Sat morning to Monday morning)
6 hr 53 min total
not pretty or fast but done --woo hoo!
